When you arrive at 900 Guelph Street, you may park in the lot beside the building and enter through the main door closest to the street. Head up the stairs, follow the green line, and go through the door on your right. I am located two doors down on the left in Unit 208, and my name, “Cassandra Plant,” is on the door.
Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to ensure I am ready for you.
At this time, I do not offer direct billing; however, you will receive a receipt after your treatment to submit to your insurance provider.
